Rice Chex
Rice Chex- regular old mainstream Rice Chex- is now GF!! I'm so psyched. I've been eating it every day. Let's hope more mainstream cereals follow suit. :o)
Gluten-Free Pantry - Yankee Cornbread & Muffin Mix
I've made this twice now. The first time it was extra greasy and didn't raise. This totally could've been my fault. The second time it wasn't nearly as greasy and did raise some but not enough to look like the muffin on the box. Irregardless, they taste great. I froze them and was able to just take them out whenever I wanted and nuke them. I'll make this again.
Glutin Free Pantry- Angel Food Cake Mix
I love this cake!! I was so sad when Whole Foods stopped carrying it, but I recently found it again at Rhubarb Market. I love it, love it, love it.
Glutino French Toast
I do like this product...the slices are a little small and they don't have the fluffy french toast texture that I love...but they do taste good and add something special to breakfast.
Chi Chi's Fiesta Corn Cake Mix
This is yummy and easy. Both Rob and and I really enjoyed it. I'd add it to any Mexican night
Van's Frozen Waffles
I've tried both the original and the wildberry versions of these waffles. The original tasted dry to me- but it may have been in my freezer for too long because I remembered really enjoying it the first time that I tried it. The wildberry I really enjoyed! Yummy!

Glutino Apple Breakfast Bars
These were OK...a little small...you could taste the dates that were used to sweetened...overall I think they cost a little more than they were worth...better than nothing though.
Tortilla Crumbs
I really like this company's cornflake crumbs so I was excited about trying their tortilla crumbs. Unfortunately I didn't like them at all. Thumbs down.

Corn Flake Crumbs
I bought these a Giant in Baltimore. I haven't been able to find it since though. These taste good and have a great texture. They don't stick great but when mixed with the HolGrain coating mix it works wonderfully.

ETA: I just found these at Newark Natural Foods. Woo-hoo! And amazingly they are cheaper to here than buying directly from the company. I don't get it.

Hol Grain Coating Mix for Baking/Frying
Unfortunately, I'm not remembering where I bought this, but I do like it. I think it may have been at Whole Foods. I think it's perfect when mixed with corn flake crumbs. I've used it to make fried pickles and fried scallops. It's nice b/c it is already seasoned. I'm not looking forward to running out of this.

Chebe Bread (cheese bread)
My husband and I both loved this product! It was easy to make and had a cool texture and was yummy. I used shredded cheddar cheese as the add-in.
