Mainstream Breakfast Foods

Great mainstream breakfast foods include: fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, and home fries.

All fruits are GF.

I saw that you mentioned Trader Joe's on your blog for gluten-free items. Have you seen the gluten free sheets that list their gluten free products? For breakfast foods they have frozen gluten free waffles, frozen potato pancakes, bagels, applesauce, energy bars and the best sweet apple sausage.
